Andrew Taeho Kim

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Population Studies Center at the University of Pennsylvania. Starting Fall 2024, I will join the Department of Sociology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as an Assistant Professor. I received a Ph.D. from the Department of Sociology at the University of Kansas.

My research centers on the various facets of labor market inequality, including how economic returns from the labor market are stratified based on race, gender, and family. My work appears in Research in Social Stratification and Mobility, Social Science Research, Population Research and Policy Review, and Korean Journal of Sociology.
